Rob brings a lifetime of passion towards wellness and the experience of equipping children with the tools they need to live their healthiest life.

Rocky Surace

Guest Coach

While most trainers out there focus on getting you in the gym and keeping you there, Rocky's methods are much more focused on getting you OUT of the gym.

As a life long athlete, physical fitness has always been a part of Rocky's life. However, it was not until later on while getting his MBA, that he decided to become a trainer himself. Graduating from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Rocky was fortunate to get his start under his personal mentor from his own athletic journey. Under his tutelage Rocky honed his coaching skills over the next few years, specializing in sprint mechanics and strength and condition working with athletes ranging from students to professionals.

Today, Rocky's training philosophy centers around the whole lifestyle of the person. He realized that there is a whole lot of training and exercising going on these days but its not being done with a whole lot of PURPOSE.

In light of this Rocky founded Go Live Training in 2017 with the purpose to help his clients filter through all the "noise" in our lives today. He takes a holistic approach to your health and fitness, focusing on an active lifestyle filled with passion and purpose. The goal for Rocky is to put his clients in the best possible position physically and mentally to do the things they love and enjoy L.I.F.E.
